My brother sent me this video he dubbed “the funniest thing on tv in a decade”. It’s an hilarious Saturday Night Live rap video starring Chris Parnell and some new guy who looks like he’s gonna be another funny one that gets a movie deal and leaves too quickly. Anyone who knows his name, please leave it in the comments, I’m just too lazy to go try and hunt it down online. It’s kinda of ironic that some of the funniest stuff on SNL isn’t ‘live’.

I saw this, and I thought it was incredibly funny and creative. That Andy Samberg reminds me of a young Adam Sandler…maybe it’s a young Jewish comic thing.

The Pheonix: That’s what I thought also, that it was very creative in addition to being gut-bustingly funny. I couldn’t believe the quality of the production either. And even though the rap was corny, it was actually really well done!

Looks like YouTube took it down :-( Perhaps NBC wanted control over it seeing as how amazingly popular it quickly became. Only places to reliably view it (as far as I know) are on SNL’s web site and iTunes (costs $1.99).
