You thought the fad was over… but it’s not! Looks like some middle school kids spent some quality time with Dad making a scene-for-scene remake of the SNL hit, Chronic of Narnia. Here’s a little info about the video:
Two 11 year old boys in Chicago use the MLK holiday off school to recreate their favorite “Lazy Sunday” video instead of hanging at dad’s office all day, they edited in Apple iMovie and got dad to add graphics in Apple FCP. It is now appearing on Ardy Samberg’s website www.thelonelyisland.com on the chat page

So I’m driving back from class last night, on my way to pick up my girlfriend. I’m driving her around right now, since her car’s broken down. I have to go through down-town on the way from campus to her place. I stop at a light on Main Street waiting to turn right. On the far corner away from me, on the right side, I see a guy stopped at the cross-walk. He’s looking at my truck, and then raises his arm and does the “go on in front of me” motion. I don’t pay any attention to the guy because I can’t go anyway. There’s traffic four lanes thick going by in front of me now.

Everyone’s had a moment in their life when they’ve felt a little shocked or scared at something they didn’t expect. I find these moments one of the most amusing things we as humans can inflict on each other. Nothing screams “I love you” like tricking you into sitting down at a computer screen to play a game or find something wrong with a picture only to shit your pants 10 seconds later.

Just a little joke I came across to start off the day right.
We’ve all heard about people having guts or balls. But do you really know the difference between them? In an effort to keep you informed, the definition for each is listed below:

The second blog meme in a row… I know I know. But sometimes it’s easier to just do one of these than to be creative at all. Big ups to Helen for dropping me in.
1: Black and White or Color; how do you prefer your movies?
Technicolor… There’s only a few film noir movies that black & white works for, but otherwise I like everything in color. About the only thing I like in black & white is photographs. Think Ansel Adams.

To start off with, I was very surprised and pleased when I found out the last post I submitted to reddit.com ended up staying on the front page for quite a while (and still might be there). Of course I can’t take real credit for the post being popular, since it’s just a cool video, not any of my witty and sarcastic writing.

I don’t know about you, but the first thing that pops into my mind when I see a 1983 station wagon rev its engine is, “How many times can he do that before the transmission falls out?” Well, maybe I shouldn’t be so hasty to make that type of judgement. You never know when that 20 year old soccer mom vehicle of yore will have enough horsepower to ‘undrop’ your testes. Have a look for yourself:

Have you ever happened upon a weird piece of foreign film and wondered "What the fuck is going on in these guys' heads?" Well, you wouldn't be alone. The foreign flick I came across is title "The Ketchup Effect". This little teenage drama comedy has all the makings of an American teenage drama comedy from the eighties, only Sweden birthed it in this decade. Written and directed by Teresa Fabik, it seems to be just another foreign attempt at a movie genre us Americans have already beaten into submission here in the states. Here's a little insight into the movie plot:

I love comedy bits that make fun of pop culture just as much as anyone, but this one got me laughing pretty good. It may be a short parody of ‘Say Anything’, which was pop culture in the eighties, but it’s still funny.

First of all, I don’t smoke. I hate the smell, I hate the smell it leaves on people’s breath, and I hate how it makes your hair and clothes stink if you go out. But, and this is a big but, there are several reasons why one should smoke and I’m going to lay the top ten for you:
