Week in Review

A couple cool things happened these past couple weeks. And since its Friday, it’s time to share them. Here they are in no particular order:

  1. JJ at The Churning plugged yours truly with a nice little write up. I’m looking forward to the rest of his “Blog of the Week” posts.
  2. I helped Eddie at Eddie Speaks Whale fix her template. She was having a few problems with Haloscan and Blogger comments being posted at the same time.
  3. I got a picture with some guy that should hang in a museum someday.
  4. I wrote a pretty good and pretty lengthy post and then left it set to “private” for a week. This was of course after I had already submitted it to Fark, reddit, and a few other social bookmarking sites.
  5. I’ve started work on redesigning the Gangstas & Hugs template. I want to end up with something that’s a lot sleeker and easier on the eye. I don’t think I’ll be getting rid of the ads completely, but they will definitely be integrated better into the overall site design.

Everyone have a kick ass weekend! And if you meet any cool or retarted people while you’re out and about this weekend, be sure to take a picture with them. I want to see some funny photos!

gosh, if I did that, my entire Saturday night would consist of walking around the bar and getting my picture taken with everyone in there!

I’m looking forward to your new template. I think I’ve seen three incarnations since I’ve been coming here.

Yep, that was me both times. Why don’t I just clog up your comments section with ridiculous comments?

Dawn: Well damn it, you should get on that! I want pictures!

Phoenix: Yeah, you’ve probably been around long enough to see the crap from whence this mediocre template came. Hopefully the one I’m working on will be a big improvement.

Eddie: You’re welcome, and no problem about the comments… I probably would have figured out who it was eventually. :)
