Today’s Plug-A-Friend Blog: DLAK’S Blog of the Living Dead
This is quite an eccentric and unique blog. DLAK has two posts per day. One is a doodle of his, and the other is “This day in music history”. I know I’ve enjoyed looking at his daily doodles, and then reading his semi-fictional account of events in musci history. A few of my favorite doodles:
And in case you’re wondering what the graphic is above, it’s just my effort at making a logo. Found some cool new fonts and wanted to play around with Fireworks and Photoshop Elements, and this is the result.

No problem DLAK, I was gonna do a short write-up on your blog anyway, and then I thought about these cool fonts I had just downloaded, and it just clicked.
You don’t have to use it though, really. It was pretty fun just to make.
