Looking Back - “Who told you that was cool?” (8/29/2005)
I had just gotten back from the Kentucky State Fair the weekend before and couldn’t believe the types of people I saw out and about. I’ve always had a penchant for making fun of dudes with their collars up and anyone with a mullet. Hence I felt I should write about those pet peeves.
I’m not sure if it’s as funny as I thought it was when I wrote it, but I still find it mildly entertaining. I did have a flashback when reading it though. I hadn’t thought about the individual in this quote basically since I wrote this post:
I also saw a lady, mmm… make that female (I think), who was very hard not look at. She was probably a good 260, with a shirt that hid about 3.7% of her boobs. Now, I’m a boob man, but that ladies and gents, was border-line obscene. She was taller than me, and seemed to really enjoy the eye makeup, so she could have been a drag-queen for all I know. Not that it would have made a difference, I think 95% of drag-queens would be ashamed of how she was dressing.
I can actually picture ‘her’ very vividly in my head again. Quite disturbing, I can tell you. Almost makes me wish I had one of those quick delete buttons for my brain. I could have gone the rest of my life not remembering how ’she’ barely fit into the dress she was wearing.
Maybe dredging up all this old shit from blog posts past ain’t such a good idea. OK, I’m off to snort Listerine and try to forget I ever remembered that broad.

Well, at least compared to the women I’VE ever seen at the Kentuckt State Fair. The Derby? Now that’s where the babes are…
