If I could do this for more guys I would. They pay me well but they won't do it themselves. I shave myself clean down below and it is alot cleaner down there and cooler. This successfully removes the hair without the burn. U can also use that method for the starfish area. But to address ur horror story...yea 15 mins is waaaay too long. One thing I was surprised to see is that no one mentioned that after a hot shower the hair become softer. So have a 10 min hot shower, dry off, THEN apply the nair. To be on the safe side check the area every 2-3 mins. Wipe a small area to see if the hair comes off easily.
