[...] The funny thing is how the search engine translates the text of web sites into Snoop Dizzle Talkizzle. This is the text that was originally on the 2 posts: "*Special Note: I will start including the 'nsfw' (Not Safe For Work) tag on posts … A bunch of fluff that only serves to make people think they're more …" And this is how the search engine reported it: "*Special Nizzle: I wizzy start includ'n tha 'nsfw' (izzy Safe For Wiznork) tag on posts … A bunch of flizzay that only serves ta makes thugz think they're mizzle …" I don't know why that is so funny to me. If I heard someone talking like that to be funny, I wouldnt' give them the time of day, since its so old. But there's just something about seeing them written out like this in a search engine that cracks me up. [...]

Good point phoenix. I may be in the minority or even wrong on this, but it just seems to me that what makes the human race so great is the ability to pass knowledge and ideas on to future generations.

If that wasn't possible, then we really would just be animals. So that's why I feel its important for human beings to explore ideas (whatever form that may take), instead of just talking about things or people.

I know a personal 'web journal' is a release for some people, and that's perfectly fine. But it's my personal opinion that those same people would find it much more of a 'release' if they wrote about ideas and how their lives have affected those ideas, instead of just recounting the day's events in a slightly cute manner.

Just my $.015

The original idea of blogs was really an online journal, a true web log...so many people still use blogs as diaries - although it gives outsiders a sneak peak.

I think that's the draw to blogs, the chance to see the dirt or life experiences of other people.

ME, on the otherhand, wanted to use a blog as medium to begin writing again. I used to write all the time. With my blog, it gives me a chance to be creative again.

I want to entertain and inform, but I didn't want to just stick a bunch of links. "Hey, this is funny check this out at http://///"

Not much creativity goes into that either.

Your blog is great, and I will have to create a link on my site as well.
