I don’t own an iPod so I can’t relate to how you feel now that it’s lost. I have, however, lost my leg once. At first I thought it was some sick joke the fucker I married was playing on me, but I somehow managed to put it in my hall closet and hop to bed. I had too much tequila that night.

I once went on vacation and forgot to pack any underwear. I had to hightail it to the mall when I got there to pick up some reserves.

I left my towel in new port beach, it was a soft egyptian towel with spun fibers and it was soft like silk. Right now it is making someone else very happy and dry. sniff.

I’m so, so sorry for your loss. No jokes here.

But I’ve never really lost anything important during a vacation. Mainly because I don’t very often GO on real people vacations. But you give me a few more years and I’m sure I’ll have some sob stories for ya.

I may have left a few of my favorite CDs/cassettes somewhere. I had “Spice Girls” and a CD from “Weird Al Yankovic”. Priceless tresures, of course. Oh and I left money in a pocket in a lockerroom when I worked at Malley’s and someone took it upon themselves to rid me of that financial burden.

Now what I need to do is get on a plane and find your I-Pod. I hope it’s okay and returned to you in one, functional piece!

The worst thing I lost was a windbreaker. Hardly compares to an ipod. Since I don’t have one, I’ll counter offer that anyone finding Mojotek’s ipod can send it to me and I’ll give you $5 plus shipping. :)

Laurie: It was just a layover on the way to Providence, RI. If I was there for more than an hour, of course I would have looked you up.

Oh, and congrats on a nice airport. I was actually very impressed. Too bad one of the grounds crew is molesting my sweet sweet ipod baby as I wrote this.
