See the problem was that the judging was not regulated because it was in England. If the fight had taken place in the states then Hamill would have one..but i agree with everyone it was pure bullshit

You know, Joe Rogan was talking about this same thing. He said that the judging is geared more toward boxing than MMA and that it needed to change too. Hopefully it does soon.

I’m becoming a HUGE fan of the sport. I enjoyed the fights this past Saturday. Especially Tyson Griffin vs. Tavares. Griffin was awesome!! I thought so anyway with the way he kept getting out of almost being submitted, then keeping Tavares on his back 2 times for so long. Guess it doesn’t hurt to have Randy Couture in your corner either. I expected way more from Rua. Honestly, I was hoping that he’d kick the shit out of Forrest Griffin, but I digress. And yes, I was hoping that Liddell would beat Jardine, but that didn’t happen either. I can’t wait for Hughes vs. Serra. I don’t like Serra, I think he’s a genital-wart, herpes infested, dick! Ok, enough of that for me.

minijonb: I’m glad you asked! I would check out “The Ultimate Fighter” on SpikeTV. I think the new season is coming out pretty soon. As for understanding the rules and what the UFC actually is, I would check out the UFC wikipedia article, which seems pretty accurate and informative.
